I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent work that you and your team did on the replacement of our server and the upgrade of most of our software on our 12 user network. As you know it was a task that we delayed a lot (more through apprehension than anything else) I was horrified that our business would be brought to a lengthy standstill and couldn’t contemplate the consequences of our systems being down for any length of time. I needn’t have worried because the detailed planning that you all did re-assured me before you even started the task.

Having worked with Breda and the team for many years, I can honestly say they are the best IT company we have ever worked with. Citrus support us for our Sage software and our network system including our Macs.

When we first started working with Citrus, we had 8 users when Citrus installed our original server in 2012. We have recently upgraded our IT systems which included a new server for 25 users, 11 new workstations and fairly major Sage upgrade and audit trail clear down. All of this work was carried out over a weekend in July, Citrus started the installation at 3pm on the Friday afternoon and continued over the weekend so that when we came into work on Monday everything was operational and there was no downtime. They are honest and trustworthy (I gave them the keys to open up and lock up after the install) and they are extremely reliable. Not only have they installed both our servers, Breda also project managed the relocation to our new offices which included all the telecoms. There is never any delay in responding to a call for support, if it's not immediate it is always within the hour and nothing is too much trouble.
